Revealing Unnoticed Spending

Our client's financial app helps customers track their subscriptions. Through research, we discovered that younger users frequently subscribe to multiple streaming services and apps across different payment methods, leading to overlooked recurring charges. We redesigned their subscription tracking experience to help users understand their total commitments and make more informed spending decisions.

The Impact

Building the Foundation for Smarter Finance

The project revealed deeper opportunities in predictive financial planning. By understanding how users manage recurring expenses, we helped shape the product roadmap to include cash flow planning and broader spending pattern analysis. This laid the groundwork for more sophisticated financial planning features.
